Delivery & Returns

Completed orders are returned via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Return postage is £4.99 per transaction, and orders over £100 qualify for free return delivery.

Our typical repair turnaround time is 1–3 weeks from the date your footwear arrives with us, although we always aim to complete repairs sooner whenever possible. If you require your footwear back by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your repair has been completed and dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery information is entered correctly, as changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.

Please note that we are unable to send notifications confirming the arrival of parcels. If you wish to check whether your footwear has been delivered to us, please use the tracking service provided by your chosen courier.
